How does direct booking work?+
Pick the apartment and dates and send your request. We reply within hours by email or WhatsApp with confirmation and a secure payment link.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via secure link, bank transfer, or pay on arrival for short stays. Milan city tax is paid separately.
How does check-in work?+
24/7 self check-in with keybox or smart-lock. We send detailed instructions a few days before arrival.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 7–2 days: 50% fee. Under 48h or no-show: no refund.
What's included in the price?+
Gigabit Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, welcome kit, final cleaning. Not included: city tax and any extra utility charges.
Are pets allowed?+
It depends on the apartment. Please contact us before booking to confirm.
Which languages do you speak?+
Italian, English, German and French. WhatsApp is the fastest channel.
Is parking available?+
No private parking is available. We point to nearby public car parks.
